PORTRAITS

To paint a portrait is part completing the NY Times Sunday crossword puzzle, part magic trick, and part master psychology. Accuracy of form is necessary but capturing the person’s being is paramount.

Most portraits are painted from life, with about 30-60 mins of sitting time. Many of my portraits are gifts to the sitter. I will begin taking portrait commissions in October 2024. If interested, please email me.
